Arms Of An Angel

Spend all my time waiting
Waiting for a second chance
But there are always reasons
Not to feel good enough

Then you think of all the memories
The laughter and the fun
That time when people were sweet
When there was no hidden agenda
Only true friendship and peace

But now the world is full of vultures and theives
Full of stories twisted to cover the truth

So tired of all the lies and twisted stories
From liars,theives and vultures that feed
On innocent , truthful souls

Just want to escape once and forever
To a place of happiness and glory
Where broken hearts of those whose lives have been torn apart
Is glued together with kindness and love
To fly away from here
Away, so far away
In the arms of an Angel
